Salesforce Core Developer Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Core Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, automation, integrations, and Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Build and configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security controls.
- Develop custom user interfaces using LWC and Aura Components where required.
- Create Apex classes, test classes, batch jobs, schedulable classes, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Implement Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug Apex and integrations, and optimize Salesforce performance.
- Follow Salesforce development standards, governor limits, deployment best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, deployments, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, architects, and other developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for production issues.

Required Skills





- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and Salesforce integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
- Experience writing Apex test classes and following Salesforce governor limits.
- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, including Batch, Queueable, Future, and Scheduled Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Git and source-control practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
