Job Summary

A Sales Associate at Lenskart is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and understand their vision and eyewear requirements.
- Guide customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, offers, and warranties.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell eyewear products, lens upgrades, and accessories.
- Promote ongoing offers, membership programs, and eye-checkup services.
- Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and service needs.

Product Knowledge

- Maintain thorough knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, coatings, and current trends.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Store Operations

- Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.




- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store.

Billing & Transactions

- Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
- Handle payments, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.

Eye Care Support

- Coordinate customer appointments for eye tests.
- Assist optometrists and customers during the consultation process when required.
