We re looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and programs across a portfolio of clients. You ll sit at the intersection of technology, people, and commercial outcomes - ensuring projects are delivered on time and on quality, clients are satisfied, and the delivery team is motivated, growing, and performing at its best.

What You ll Do Delivery Execution

- Own projects end-to-end delivery - planning, execution, quality control, and deployment
- Ensure plans are feasible, timelines are realistic, and delivery is aligned to client goals
- Drive Agile/Scrum best practices and Infoglen delivery standards consistently

Client Management

- Be the primary delivery contact - own escalations, expectations, and satisfaction
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly reporting and QBR sessions with key client stakeholders
- Work with Account Managers to monitor project health and protect revenue relationships

Commercial Ownership

- Own revenue delivery on recurring projects - protect what exists, grow where possible
- Identify upsell signals and act on them in collaboration with Account Managers
- Contribute to pre-sales scoping and resource planning for new opportunities

Team Leadership

- Build and lead cross-functional teams - developers, BAs, QA, and PMs
- Interview, assess, and onboard Salesforce talent - technical and interpersonal fit




- Drive upskilling and cross-skilling roadmaps; play an active role in appraisals and retention

Technical Oversight

- Provide hands-on guidance to unblock teams and resolve delivery challenges
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements
- Oversee technical integrations that improve client business operations

What You Bring: Must Have:

- 7+ years in Salesforce ecosystem; 3-4 years in delivery management or leadership
- Proven track record at a Salesforce SI or ISV partner firm
- Robust Agile/Scrum/Waterfall command across multi-cloud projects
- Commercial awareness - revenue, margins, client retention
- Confident client-facing communicator - QBRs to CXO conversations
- Ability to technically assess Salesforce talent across clouds and roles

Good to Have:

- Multi-cloud exposure - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, or Integrations
- Salesforce certifications - Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or PM credentials
- Pre-sales or solutioning background
- Experience building delivery frameworks or upskilling programs
