- Collect blood samples using venipuncture, finger prick, or heel prick methods
- Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection
- Label and store specimens accurately and maintain records
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
- Handle and dispose of bio-medical waste as per regulations
- Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during procedures
- Coordinate with lab staff for timely processing of samples
- Maintain inventory of collection supplies (needles, tubes, etc.)
- Travel for home sample collection if required
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Minimum 24 years of experience
