To be effective across these domains, freshers should ideally be comfortable with:

- Classical mechanics (Newtonian physics, rigid body dynamics)
- Linear algebra & differential equations (for modelling and simulation)
- Control systems (especially PID controllers and stability analysis)
- Basic programming (MATLAB, Python, or Simulink for simulations)
- Aircraft systems overview (to understand how subsystems interact)

Essential Skills/Competencies (Mandatory Skills)

- Good understanding of Aircraft Stability & Control, Aircraft handling Qualities and Flight control laws, Flight Dynamics etc.
- Working on MATLAB, Python, Shell scripting and Simulink (optional)
- Should possess strong knowledge in the Flight maneuvers and have analysis capabilities of flight maneuvers from time history graphs
- Skills in Python to create new tools and/or modify existing tools to suit project requirements.
- Proficiency in weight calculation methodologies and CG analysis.
- CAD exposure for interpreting aircraft layouts.




- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets(formulas, macros) for automation.
- A solid foundation in aerospace or mechanical engineering principles.
- Clear understanding of aircraft configuration, weight and balance principles, and weighing procedures.

Additional (Good to Have) Skills:

- Skills in Shell scripting
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environment
- High adaptability to quickly pick up recent languages and frameworks.
- Development of applications related to scientific programming and/or scientific tool development.
- Self-driven and should be able to multitask.
- Good and effective communication skills

Qualifications:

- Education: BE/BTech/MTech/MS in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering
