Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can drive creative, data-informed, and localized marketing strategies to expand our fitness-tech platform. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, generating qualified leads, building strong partnerships with gyms and fitness businesses, and driving customer acquisition across diverse regional markets.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute multilingual, conversion-focused marketing campaigns targeting gyms, fitness studios, yoga centres, and personal trainers for platform onboarding.
- Develop localized marketing materials including brochures, presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral in regional languages.
- Create and manage voice-based outreach campaigns using cold calling, WhatsApp Business, and IVR systems to engage potential partners.
- Build lead generation funnels using landing pages, lead magnets, CRM automation, and email drip campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance by tracking Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROI, and sales funnel performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, schedule follow-ups, and streamline the gym onboarding process.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, pricing strategies, and potential partnerships.
- Coordinate field marketing activities including gym visits, fitness expos, local events, and partnership initiatives.
- Create referral programs, loyalty campaigns, and co-branded marketing initiatives with gym partners.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing,



partner acquisition, field marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience executing conversion-driven campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong multilingual communication skills with the ability to create campaigns in English and at least one regional language.
- Experience with voice-based marketing, tele-calling, WhatsApp Business API, and IVR platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive copywriting abilities.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, and paid advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while working independently.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities, client meetings, and gym visits.
