Project Manager Retail Interior Fit-Out

Location: Greenfield, Faridabad
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor retail interior fit-out projects from site handover to final completion.
- Manage complete fit-out execution including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, MEP and other interior works.
- Manage and coordinate site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily/weekly targets to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, procurement, factory, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, productivity, and work quality.
- Read and understand GFC drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ items, and completed work before contractor/vendor billing.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings, design, specifications, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with procurement and factory teams for timely availability of materials at site.
- Control material wastage, damage, and unnecessary consumption.
- Identify site issues, technical problems, and execution delays and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, and project updates.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for pending work, rectification, and closing of snags.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid execution conflicts and rework.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
- Manage snagging, rectification, finishing, and final handover of the project.
- Escalate major quality, cost, manpower, material, or timeline issues to senior management.
- Travel to project sites as required.
