Role Overview

We are seeking a MuleSoft Azure Integration Migration Coordinator to support a strategic integration migration program. The initiative involves migrating existing integrations from MuleSoft to Azure Integration Services (AIS) across multiple systems, including SAP, JDE, Distributor Interfaces, and Newspage applications using APIs and SFTP. This is a coordination-focused role and does not involve any current development work.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating migration activities with market teams and business stakeholders.
- Managing day-to-day project execution and tracking migration progress.
- Engaging and coordinating with multiple stakeholders involved in the migration.
- Engaging with all stakeholders to plan the market wise SIT and UAT timelines
- Supporting SIT, UAT, and Production deployment activities.
- Sharing the payload received in SFTP with stakeholders for validation
- Monitoring and coordinating to resolve integration-related issues during testing and cutover.




- Coordinating endpoint updates and deployment activities for API-based integrations.
- Scheduling and facilitating project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Assisting markets with integration testing, payload validation, and issue triage.
- Ensuring all existing interfaces are successfully migrated and validated on the AIS platform.
- Maintaining project documentation, migration trackers, and risk logs.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Integration Projects, Application Migrations, or Technical Project Coordination.
- Good understanding of MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services (AIS), APIs, and SFTP-based integrations.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across global teams and markets.
