Job Summary

The Agile Transformation Lead / Scaled Agile Coach is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives, establishing Agile operating models, coaching leaders and teams, and enabling scalable delivery practices across business and technology functions. The role focuses on fostering an Agile culture, improving organizational agility, enhancing delivery predictability, and accelerating business value realization through Agile and Lean principles.

Location: Flexible / Hybrid. Experience: 12+ years of IT and Digital Transformation experience, including 5+ years in Agile Coaching, Enterprise Agile Transformation, and Scaled Agile Frameworks. Role Level: Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director level role, depending on account and organizational scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise Agile transformation programs across multiple portfolios, products, and business units.
- Define Agile transformation roadmap, maturity assessment framework, and success metrics.
- Establish Agile governance, delivery standards, and Agile operating models.
- Partner with executive leadership to align Agile initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentoring Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile teams.
- Facilitate mindset shift from traditional project-led delivery to product-centric, value-driven delivery.
- Mentor Agile practitioners and build internal Agile capability across the organization.
- Conduct leadership workshops, Agile training sessions, and adoption enablement programs.
- Lead implementation of Protected, LeSS, Nexus, or hybrid Agile frameworks.




- Enable Agile Release Trains and large-scale program execution.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect Adapt workshops, Value Stream Mapping, and Portfolio Planning.
- Support dependency management across multiple teams, products, and programs.
- Drive cultural transformation and Agile adoption across business and technology organizations.
- Identify enterprise-level impediments and recommend practical improvement strategies.
- Influence stakeholders and leaders to embrace Agile values, Lean thinking, and continuous improvement.
- Develop transformation communication plans and support change adoption across teams.
- Establish Agile maturity assessments and improvement roadmaps.
- Analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, cycle time, lead time, throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams, portfolios, and value streams.
- Promote transparency through Agile dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Support product and engineering teams in adopting Agile delivery best practices.
- Improve release planning, backlog management, and value delivery processes.
- Enhance collaboration between business, technology, architecture, QA, operations, and product teams.




- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, Lean Portfolio Management, and value-stream oriented delivery practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred.
- SAFe Agilist / Secure Practice Consultant certification preferred.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Coaching Certifications (ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
