Your Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and generates business opportunities.

You'll work closely with our content writers, designers, video editors, digital marketers, and clients to execute social media strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

- Plan and execute social media calendars for Zerozilla and multiple client accounts.
- Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Content Planning

- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and campaign messaging.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create high-quality creatives, carousels, reels, and videos.
- Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, and other marketing assets into social media content.

Community Management

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Respond to customer queries and engage with online communities.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.

Campaign Execution

- Execute organic social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to support paid campaigns.
- Promote webinars, events, product launches, and lead generation campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track platform performance and campaign metrics.
- Prepare monthly social media reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on data and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands, agencies,



or digital marketing companies.
- Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts is highly preferred.

Must Have

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and management platforms.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, research, and productivity.

Valuable to Have

- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience coordinating video shoots and short-form video content.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms.
