- Perform fitting, assembly, installation, alignment, and dismantling of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pumps, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production machines with minimum downtime.
- Replace worn-out parts, bearings, seals, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of machinery as per maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and maintenance manuals.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts consumption.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for effective machine upkeep.
- Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company maintenance protocols.
