Role Overview

As the Senior Manager of Ad Operations for ADS PLUS, based in our Bangalore office, you will lead the regional execution of our monetization workflow, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of ad delivery across our FAST channel ecosystem for your teams book of business.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership (Bangalore): Lead, scale, and mentor the Bangalore Ad Ops team.
- Execute SOPs (defined at the global level) for onboarding new FAST channels and platform partners (OEMs/MVPDs), adapting for regional partner needs.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Own career development paths, performance reviews, and a culture of technical excellence for the Bangalore team, in alignment with global people practices.
- Technical Operations & Account Management Collaboration: Own the technical relationship between Supply (Content/Platforms) and Demand (SSPs/DSPs) for the regional book of business, partnering closely with Account Management to align on partner priorities, escalations, and commercial context that inform technical execution.
- Media Planning: Own media planning for regional demand partners and direct/programmatic guaranteed deals - translating advertiser/agency briefs into flight plans, inventory allocation, and pacing strategy that hit delivery and revenue goals.
- Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks specific to the Bangalore teams workflows and drive automation initiatives to free up bandwidth, partnering with global Ops/Eng as needed.
- Campaign Management Oversight: Provide direct oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across ad server and SSP platforms. Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, monitored against KPIs, and course-corrected in-flight to avoid under-delivery, overdelivery, or missed guarantees.




- Inventory & Yield Execution: Oversee Supply Ops inventory share and revshare configurations to meet margin targets set by global leadership. Execute floor price strategies and auction mechanics for regional partners.
- Product Collaboration: Serve as the Bangalore-based liaison to the SaaS Product and Engineering teams, surfacing regional pain points and feature needs into the global roadmap.
- Partner Management: Oversee Demand Ops and collaborate with Demand AMs to optimize key SSP and tech vendor relationships for the region, ensuring ADS PLUS Bangalore is leveraging the latest programmatic protocols.

Requirements

- 8 - 12 years in Ad Operations with experience in CTV/QUICK/OTT.
- Deep expertise of video ad servers, preferably SpringServe.
- Proven people-management track record leading a team in Bangalore/India, ideally with experience managing managers.
- Proven experience working both Supply-side and Demand-side in the programmatic ecosystem.
- Familiarity with JIRA, APIs, scripting.
- Experience using AI/agentic tools to execute tasks more quickly while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of SSAI workflow and business logic behind revshare and inventory-split models.
- Hands-on experience with media planning- flight scheduling, inventory forecasting/allocation, and pacing across direct and programmatic deals.
- Direct campaign management experience: trafficking, QA, in-flight optimization, and delivery reporting, with ownership of outcomes against advertiser/partner KPIs.
- Comfort operating in close coordination with a global/US-based leadership team and stakeholders across time zones.
