Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products/services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of sales/upselling
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months experience in an International BPO (Sales/Upselling experience mandatory)
- Solid verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
