Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
- Supervise, train, and monitor the optical store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain sales, stock, billing, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, finance, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hospital policies, and quality standards.
