Salary :- 16K CTC + 1900 Quarterly Bonus + Incentives

Working Days : 6 Days

Shifts : Rotational Shifts & Week offs

- Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails in .

- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
