Solution LeadershipOwn end-to-end EC implementation: Organization Management, Employee Lifecycle, Workflows, Business Rules, RBPLead Indian Payroll: PY-IN configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, statutory deductionsDesign integration: EC to ECP / ECC Payroll via Compound Employee API, CPI/BTP Integration CenterLead EC Time Management, Leave, and Attendance with India-specific rules2. Indian Compliance & StatutoryExpert in statutory laws: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Income Tax (Old/New Regime), TDS, Form 16, Form 24QManage quarterly filings, audits, and compliance reports. Handle changes due to Labour Code reformsLead Year-End activities: Tax proofs, investment declarations, Form 12BB, Flexi Perks taxationEnsure audit trails, controls, and data protection for payroll3. Drive workshops with CHRO and payroll headsBuild accelerators: Payroll validation tools, compliance checklists, EC data migration templatesSupport presales, RFPs, and solution demos for EC + Payroll dealsRequirements:7+ years total, with 6+ years in SuccessFactors EC and 3+ years in Indian PayrollHands-on configuration: EC, Time Off, Workflows, MDF, Payroll Control Center, PY-IN schemas/PCRDeep statutory knowledge: PF, ESI, PT, IT Act, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, Shops & EstablishmentExperience with EC to ECP/ECC integration via CPI/ICenter. Knowledge of S/4HANA integrationStrong in Payroll reconciliation, year-end, and payroll auditBachelor’s/Master’s in HR, MBA, or Engineering.
