Job Title: Delivery Manager - Data

Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Data Operations/Project Management
Duration: 9 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day flow of data requests, ensuring theyre assigned, actioned, and responded to in a timely manner
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and accessibility across business functions
- Keep leadership up to date on requests and task progress
- Partner with business units across Accor to understand and address their data needs
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders as required
- Identify opportunities to improve data operations processes and workflows

Qualifications Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years in data operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in task management across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of data operations principles and best practices,



with an understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
- Business Acumen: Solid business analysis skills and an understanding of business processes, with the ability to engage confidently with people across all levels and functions.
- Communication Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, robust presentation skills for executive-level reporting, and sound judgement on when to escalate issues. Comfortable managing communications across different time zones.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Data Management, or a related field.
