Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security hardening.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor server logs and system alerts to identify and resolve problems proactively.
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in system administration.
