Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join the Newton marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating digital assets, experimenting with visual ideas, and is keen to build expertise in Custom Product Pages (CPPs), app creatives, marketing collateral, and video content.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create high-quality visual assets that bring campaigns and product stories to life across digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Design and build Custom Product Pages (CPPs) and app store creative assets, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes for different digital platforms.
- Support the creation of app screens, UI assets, banners, and other product-related creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Assist in creating and editing short-form videos, motion graphics, reels, and promotional content when required.
- Ensure all creative output follows Newton's visual identity and maintains consistency across channels.
- Work with product and development teams to ensure creatives are optimized for mobile and app environments.
- Explore current design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of design output.
- Manage multiple creative requests and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Requirements





- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, digital, agency, or technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, social media creatives, marketing assets, and/or app-related design work.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, layouts, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Interest in designing for mobile apps and digital experiences.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into effective visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative approaches.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
