Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the funding process from initial investor commitments to final closings, ensuring timely delivery of funds to projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for recent initiatives and monitor their performance against targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in fund management or a related field (e.g., capital markets).
- Strong understanding of asset liability management, credit analysis, securitization, treasury management, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools; ability to create complex models using statistical software an asset.
