To drivesales growth in the government sector by managing institutional accounts,securing project approvals, participating in tenders, and building strongrelationships with government departments, PSUs, and contractors for wire andcable products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and collection targets from government departments and PSUs.
- Track andconvert government tenders and rate contracts.
- Track ongoing and upcoming government projects.
- Coordinatewith internal teams for timely delivery and execution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with keydecision-makers in government bodies, utilities, and EPC contractors.
- Ensurebrand preference and product approvals
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, andawareness programs for government stakeholders.
- Participatein government exhibitions and trade shows.
Authorities:
- Approvepricing within delegated authority.
- Recommendparticipation in tenders and rate contracts.
- Representthe company in client meetings and technical discussions.
- Escalatehigh-value opportunities to leadership.
- Approveevent participation and content.
- Coordinatewith marketing for promotional materials.

Educational qualifications preferred
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(MBA preferred).
Required work experienc
- Minimum 58 years of experience in B2B or institutionalsales.
Required Competencies:
- Strongunderstanding of government procurement processes, tender portals (e.g., GeM,CPPP), and public sector buying behavior.
- Familiaritywith wire and cable products, specifications, and applications in governmentprojects.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
