Job Summary

To facilitate the achievement of departmental objectives targets. To co-ordinate with other departments for interfacing targets departmental requirements.

About the Department / Vertical / Section

The Operations Department is a key division within an organization responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards. This department plays a critical role in transforming raw materials and resources into finished products or services that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring the 100% parts availability as per the prod plan / day plan.
- Maintain min. Stock of the parts at Supplier end
- Monitoring of schedule Vs supply on daily basis work on gaps.
- Maintain min. Stock of the critical parts at Supplier end
- Achieving the spares requirement of bought out parts as per daily plan.




- Achieve the supplier kanban / 2-bin performance as per target.
- Evaluating the supplier delivery performance on weekly basis work towards supplier performance improvement.
- Maintaining the inventory as per the norms work towards inventory optimization
- Coordinating with Recent Product development team on facilitating NPD ramp up

Education Qualification

Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Eng.

Required Experience

3 to 10 Years.
