Position:



Lead - Total Rewards

Key KRAs for the Total Rewards Lead Position:

- Collaborate with the Regional & Global team, translating and executing the global total rewards vision for India
- Customise, Execute and Monitor the Global Total Rewards Philosophy for India
- Customise, Execute and Monitor the Global Total Rewards Model for India
- Grading and Levelling of Unique roles in line with Global, Regional and Country level context
- Compensation and Perks management: Benchmarking Studies, Alignment with Organisation & Business Objectives, Remediation Plan, etc., in line with the Total Rewards Models
- Performance Management Execution - End-to-end execution from Quality of Goals to reviews and appraisal, in line with global, regional and country context

This role will be responsible for a team of 2 Individual Contributors, spanning across 3000 employees in three entities.

Desired Experience:

- 7+ years of experience with a proven ability to implement a total rewards model
- Has exposure to work with regional and global stakeholders.
- Experience in Consulting background in Total Rewards is a plus
