OET Trainers (Nurses) will be responsible to train healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, in preparing for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training across all four OET modules Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking while ensuring candidates achieve their desired scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured OET training sessions tailored for nursing professionals
- Train candidates in OET Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
- Provide focused guidance on OET Writing (Nursing case notes) and Speaking role-plays
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice sessions
- Track student progress and maintain training records
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve target OET scores
- Stay updated with latest OET exam patterns and assessment criteria
- Conduct online and/or classroom training sessions as required
Eligibility Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
- Valid Nursing Registration (State / National)
- Certified OET Trainer or OET qualified (preferred)
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in OET training or related English training
- Solid command of English with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with OET assessment standards and teaching methodologies
