- Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
- Ensure the targets are met

Identification of current stores

- Identify localities with good prospects
- Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
- Update the location with RBD

Maintaining brand standards

- Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

Relationship with franchisee store

- Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
- Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn t go on hold

Conducting training sessions

- Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory

Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
