Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting on system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis & Sharing of Best Practices with Team
- Coordinate with Sales, ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liasoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
