Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution / Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning technologies, integrations, security architecture, and scalable solution design.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and customer leadership to define solution architecture, establish technical standards, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Design

- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Create architecture artifacts including solution design documents, integration diagrams, data models, and deployment strategies.

Salesforce Platform Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance across Sales Cloud and Core Salesforce implementations.
- Design robust Salesforce data models, sharing models, role hierarchies, and security frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce Well-Architected principles and enterprise architecture standards.
- Review and approve technical approaches proposed by development teams.

Development Customization Oversight

- Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flow implementations.
- Establish coding standards, development frameworks, and reusable solution patterns.




- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Integration Architecture

- Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Architect real-time, near real-time, and batch integration solutions.
- Define API governance, security mechanisms, authentication models, and integration monitoring strategies.

Performance Scalability

- Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks across Salesforce applications.
- Optimize Apex code, queries, integrations, and Lightning components.
- Ensure platform scalability to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business, functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Present architectural recommendations and technical roadmaps to leadership teams.

- Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.

The architect will own the overall Salesforce technical solution, provide leadership to development teams, ensure adherence to architecture standards, and act as the primary technical advisor for customer stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
