Role Summary

Nokia is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), Product Configuration, Pricing Configuration, Quote Management, Approval Processes, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions that streamline the quote-to-cash process and enhance sales operations. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce CPQ Configuration Development

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) solutions.
- Implement product catalog and product configuration requirements.
- Configure bundles, product features, options, and configuration attributes.
- Customize CPQ functionality to meet business requirements.

Product Configuration

- Configure complex product structures and product bundles.
- Implement guided selling capabilities.
- Configure product rules and validation rules.
- Support maintenance and enhancement of the product catalog.

Pricing Configuration

- Configure and maintain:
- Pricing Rules
- Price Actions
- Discount Schedules
- Contracted Pricing
- Subscription Pricing

- Implement pricing automation and pricing governance requirements.
- Troubleshoot pricing calculation issues.

Quote Management

- Configure quote creation and quote lifecycle processes.
- Implement quote templates and quote generation requirements.
- Support quote amendment and renewal processes.
- Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and order management processes.

Approval Processes





- Design and implement approval workflows.
- Configure approval chains based on pricing, discount thresholds, products, and business rules.
- Implement automated notifications and escalation mechanisms.
- Support approval-related troubleshooting and enhancements.

Apex Custom Development

- Develop and maintain:
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex
- Custom Controllers

- Implement custom business logic supporting CPQ requirements.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components supporting CPQ business processes.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components.
- Optimize performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.

Integrations Support

- Support integrations with ERP and external systems.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities.
- Resolve production support issues and provide ongoing enhancements.
