Must have excellent verbal/voice communication

Salary: 4.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA ( Based on experience, Comms skills & interview performance)

Both-side transportation provided

Night Shift

5 days working & 2 rotational offs

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / UG candidates can apply
- Age: Below 45 years
- BPO experience: 100% weightage; Non-BPO experience: 50% weightage

Key Skills

- Basic computer knowledge & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of latest operating systems
- Typing speed: 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult/irate customers professionally
- Good written/live-chat communication

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer interactions with a polite, qualified, and positive approach
- Understand and resolve customer queries/issues effectively
- Escalate issues appropriately when required
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Amazon tools
- Respond to customer emails within required timelines
- Meet productivity, quality, and handle-time targets
- Follow company policies, procedures, and available resources
- Identify recurring issues/trends and suggest solutions
- Maintain appropriate urgency and customer focus
