Responsibilities

- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team workplace.
- Align solutions within the overall IT strategy.
- Produce and participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs.
- Ability to work in a technical lead role.
- Identify and deliver best practices, re-useable components and process optimization.
- Good understanding of Case Management. Creation of enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible
- Good understanding of Pega design principles and services oriented architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with non Pega applications and databases

Requirements

- Experience in Pega v7.x or above
- Should be a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Excellent knowledge working on BPM (Business Process Management)
- Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology




- Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates
- Very Good experience in Pega integration with web services, JMS Listener, emails, Message Queues.
- Performance tuning, optimization and monitoring of PRPC implementations

Desirable

- Technical experience in the following technologies:
- Java/J2EE
- Oracle DB, IBM DB2
- Certification of Lead System Architect (LSA) a plus
- Version upgrade knowledge is desirable
