Mandatory Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support Role (Banking Domain is Preferable)
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Robust problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable handling customer calls
- Willingness to work in rotational
