Ellocent Labs is looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients in international markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, online bidding, client acquisition, and business development within the IT/software services industry.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, online databases, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other freelancing portals.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and emerging business opportunities in international markets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and business presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and service offerings.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to engage prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system and regularly update prospect databases.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates,



and business development strategies.
- Track daily lead generation activities, bidding performance, meetings, and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 67 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Online Bidding, preferably in an IT/software services company.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing, and lead generation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, or similar freelance portals.
- Excellent proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Strong research, prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
