Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.

- Oversee back office operations, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and maintenance of records.

- Supervise branch operations, including front office functions such as customer service and sales.

- Coordinate teller operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and minimize delays.

- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.

- Robust knowledge of banking operations, cross selling techniques, data management principles, Excel reporting tools (MIS preparation & MIS reporting).

- Excellent customer relationship building skills with ability to handle customer queries professionally.
