- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient customer service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and cross-sell products.
- Identify recent business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the community.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
- Strong knowledge of current account, saving account, CASA sales, retail liabilities, and retail branch banking principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
