Senior Consultant - SAP Finance

Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant SAP FI Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant - SAP Finance with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage multiple finance submodules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Banking, and Taxation.
- Driving requirement gathering workshops with customers;and provide SAP FI solutions.
- Handle end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Perform period-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work on SAP Finance integration with MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and production issue resolution.




- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Expertise in financial data migration, designing the migration approach, Excel-based ETL processes, and data validation through post-load reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration.
- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Positive knowledge of taxation and financial closing processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- SAP FI Certification is an added advantage.
