Head of Affiliate Marketing (Fintech) | India
Location India, Gurgaon
Role Overview
You will be responsible for building and managing the affiliate marketing function, driving high-quality traffic, and scaling partnerships across multiple channels (web, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) for fintech products.
Key Responsibilities
-Build, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing team
-Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and monetization strategies
-Manage relationships with advertisers and key partners
-Manage P&L;
Requirements –
-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably fintech, lending)
-Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and unit economics
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Experience with platforms like YouTube, Telegram, or similar traffic sources is a plus
Nice to Have
-Background in lending / credit products
-Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects in fintech Offer
