Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises solutions to create robust, production-ready pipelines. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities and may work on diverse projects including deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems that meet organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Qualified Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and model deployment techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI service integration for scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures including neural networks and transformer models.
- Ability to optimize AI models for performance and resource efficiency.
- Skilled in developing conversational AI systems and image processing applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
