- Source top talent for contract hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-4.5 years of experience in contract hiring or contract recruitment.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems and ability to source contract staffing needs.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
