- Minimum 3 -- 4 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

- Must have worked in an Escalation Process.
- Experience in handling RBI-related escalations or fraud investigations or Banking Escalations is mandatory.
- Solid analytical, communication, and customer resolution skills are required.
- Ability to handle high-priority and sensitive customer cases independently.
