Wedding Planning Intern - Bengaluru

As a Wedding Planning Intern at The Wedding Company, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of weddings and related events. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about weddings and events and are eager to gain hands-on, real-world experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and client management.

Responsibilities for this role:

1. Wedding Planning & Coordination:

Assist the wedding planning team in coordinating weddings and events from start to finish.

Support the planning and organization of wedding ceremonies, receptions, and related functions.

Help in creating and managing detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists.

2. Client & Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and requirements.

Coordinate with vendors such as florists, decorators, caterers, photographers, and venues.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

3. On-site Event Support:

Be present on-site during weddings and events to support execution. Assist in coordinating on-ground activities to ensure smooth flow and timely execution.

4. Operations & Documentation:

Assist in managing timelines, budgets,



and logistical aspects of wedding events.

Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and databases.

Participate in post-event evaluations and share feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passion for weddings, events, and on-ground coordination.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Prior experience in events, college fests, or internships is a plus but not mandatory.

Internship Duration: 3 Months
