Qualified Summary Safety Officer | Shutdown Project

1. Experienced Safety Officer with hands-on experience in Thermal Power Plant shutdown, maintenance, overhaul, and turnaround activities. Responsible for implementing HSE procedures and ensuring safe execution of high-risk activities including Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, hot work, lifting and rigging, scaffolding, electrical maintenance, and heavy equipment operations.
2. Skilled in conducting JSA/RA, toolbox talks, safety inspections, site audits, contractor safety management, emergency preparedness, incident/near-miss investigation, and corrective action tracking.
3. Experienced in coordinating with operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and statutory safety standards.
