- Hands-on experience in AI/ML or LLM-based systems
- Proven experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production
- Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
- Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs like LLaMA/Mistral)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Strong proficiency in Reactjs
- Robust proficiency in Nodejs
- Experience with cloud-based AI deployments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Nice to have experience in enterprise AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI
