- To partner with business leaders on workforce needs and business priorities.
- To provide HR solutions across employee lifecycle, engagement, performance and people management.
- To drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, grievance handling, engagement and attrition mitigation.
- To collaborate with HR COEs, TA, L&D;, OD, ER and HR Shared Services.
- Must Have Skills
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Should have minimum 3 years experience in HRBP
- Should be open for rotational shifts.
