Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Salary & Benefits

- Net Take Home: 18,00020,000 per month (Negotiable)
- MWA: 5,000/-
- Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales performance

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduation preferred

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience
- Preferably 6–12 months in Channel Sales / Field Sales
- Experience in Paints, Plywood, Laminates, Electricals, Lubricants, Building Materials or Consumer Durables preferred
- Freshers can also be considered
- Candidates from Banking or Insurance field sales can also apply

Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Meet painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers and other customers on a daily basis.
- Generate new business and increase sales from existing customers.
- Visit a minimum of 2 sites regularly for business development.
- Visit the assigned store for approximately 2 hours every day.
- Conduct weekly shop meetings with applicators.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote products and generate demand in the assigned territory.
- Ensure regular market and customer coverage.
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and customers.
- Submit daily sales reports through the online portal.
- Achieve targets through effective field visits and customer engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to work in field sales and travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with dealer/channel sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience with painters, contractors, builders, architects or dealers is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence preferred/required for field movement.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
