Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring and recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Drive internal hiring lateral hiring external/client hiring Staff Augmentation and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across multiple technologies and experience levels.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for IT Services and client requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers business leaders and clients to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through LinkedIn Naukri referrals social media networking and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor and improve recruiter productivity through defined KPIs daily/weekly performance tracking TAT monitoring submission quality interview conversions offer-to-join ratio and closures.
• Set and track individual and team-level recruitment targets and ensure consistent achievement of hiring SLAs.




• Mentor coach and manage recruiters to improve productivity quality of submissions conversion ratios and overall recruitment performance.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT source effectiveness submission-to-interview ratio interview-to-selection ratio offer-to-join ratio closure ratio and recruiter productivity.
• Handle stakeholder and client communication requirement discussions candidate updates and hiring escalations.
• Coordinate interviews salary negotiations offer rollouts candidate follow-ups and onboarding activities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Prepare and review recruitment dashboards MIS reports productivity reports and hiring analytics for management.
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends talent availability market intelligence and competitor hiring practices.
