Your role and responsibilities

- As a Package Specialist: SAP HR, you will support the implementation of the SAP HR module, utilizing business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your skills across various HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational management, to achieve client-expected business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Implement SAP HR Module: Support the implementation of the SAP HR module, ensuring effective integration with the client's business environment to achieve desired business outcomes.

- Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify and address configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing solutions to meet client needs.

- Configure and Test: Configure and test the SAP HR module to ensure seamless rollout and post-implementation support, resolving any configuration and functional business issues that arise.

- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring the SAP HR module continues to meet their business needs.

- Resolve Functional Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, utilizing expertise in personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational management.

- SAP HR Module Implementation: Experience with implementing SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational management, to achieve client-expected business results.

- HR Module Configuration: Experience with configuring and testing SAP HR modules to ensure seamless rollout and post-implementation support.

- Fit Analysis and Issue Resolution: Experience with conducting fit analysis and resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules.

- Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience with leveraging packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.

- Business Knowledge Application: Experience with applying business knowledge to support the implementation of SAP HR modules and achieve desired business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Exposure to SAP HR Recruitment: Experience with SAP HR recruitment module, including configuration and testing to support client business needs.

- Familiarity with Organizational Management: Exposure to SAP HR organizational management module, including implementation and post-implementation support to achieve client-expected business results.

- Knowledge of Personnel Administration: Exposure to SAP HR personnel administration module, including fit analysis and issue resolution to ensure seamless rollout and integration with client's business workplace.
