Job Title: MEPF Engineer (Mechanical /Electrical /Plumbing/ Firefighting)

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and GFC drawings along with MEPF calculation consultants.
- Planning, monitoring, and coordination of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Prepare MEPF BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as per CPWD/PWD SOR and market rates.
- Prepare and verify client and contractor bills related to MEPF works.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, fire norms, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEPF systems.




- Maintain document control related to drawings, approvals, estimates, bills, and correspondence.
- Liaison with consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities when required.

Skills & Technical Competencies:

- Knowledge in Designing part of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, CPWD/PWD specifications related to MEPF works.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and quality control of MEPF systems.
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospital, institutional, and government medical college projects.
- Exposure to EPC mode of project execution.
