We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Sliding Head Machine Setting and Programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CNC SWISS LATHE MACHINES, specifically those made by Citizen and Tsugami.

Roles and Responsibility

- Set and program Sliding Head Machines for productive production.
- Prepare Fanuc 2D C 3D programs for machine operations.
- Edit on-the-job programs for optimal performance.
- Develop and implement threading programs for various applications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high standards.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in programming and setting up Sliding Head Machines.
- Experience with Fanuc 2D C 3D program preparation and editing.
- Knowledge of CNC SWISS LATHE MACHINES, particularly those made by Citizen and Tsugami.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
