 Explaining the facilities available in the room, giving them intercom no’s

 Interaction with patients daily whiles his stay.

 Standard inventory in the room are seen positioned.

 Informing about the newly arrived patient to the consultant ,DMO and dietician

 Appointment & Follow up of investigations advised by the consultant.

 Co- ordination with other departments like nursing, dietary, billing, maintenance & follow up of discharge summary explaining the discharge medication.

 In case of insurance patient pre-auth form to be collected and filed in the case sheet.

 Coordinate whether medication and Diet are provided.

 Coordinating the shifting of patient from wards to wards or ICCU to OT

 Ensure ward shifting in system to be done.

 To ensure that the hygiene & cleanliness of the ward is maintained.

 Ensuring preparation of discharge summary at least one day prior to the discharge.

 Sending the case sheet for the billing after return pharmacy

 Guiding the patient attendant for the billing formalities.

 Collecting the patient feed back before the patient leaves the room.





 Patient care managers posted for night duties.

 Pharmacy discrepancy, EDP, time informed to the maintenance & house keeping.

 Every day meeting & reporting to CHA at 4.00pm

 Feedbacks from Doctors

 If consultant is on leave the nurse has to give a reminder to the patient care to contact other consultant to check the patient.

 Patient care manager to get the signatures on the sick leave letter of the patient from the concerned consultant at the time of the counseling.

 Any complaints regarding maintenance should be informed to the maintenance department through the maintenance requisition book.

 Check for the fresh stock of bed sheets, pillows, blankets & towels.

 Analysis of the patient getting discharge before 12.00pm.

 Collecting of daily report from cardiology OPD.

 Online requisition for the collection of Name and Age.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
