Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Hands-On Development

- Design and build core components of the Servit + NAVI Architecture framework, contributing code and technical design directly alongside the development team.
- Architect the Cogniserv stack's AI/RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline, including retrieval logic, context construction, and model integration.
- Design and build API connectors that integrate Cogniserv with client systems and third-party data sources
- Own data cleaning, normalization, and contextualization pipelines that feed the RAG architecture, ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Set technical standards and best practices for the framework, and evolve the roadmap in partnership with engineering leadership.

Team Leadership & Field Support

- Lead and mentor the developers building the Cogniserv Framework and NAVI architecture, reviewing designs and code.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for Field Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Support Engineers when they encounter framework-related issues on the client side.
- Partner with the Head of Account, as needed, to resolve technical issues affecting client delivery.




- Feed field and support learnings back into the framework roadmap to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles, with proven hands-on ownership of complex platform/framework builds.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Rust; experience with Django for backend services.

- Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the 3 major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Solid experience with AI/RAG architectures — retrieval systems, embeddings, vector stores, and LLM integration.

- Proven track record building API connectors/integrations across heterogeneous systems.

- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and contextualization pipelines for AI/ML consumption.

- Experience leading or mentoring a development team.

- Comfortable troubleshooting production issues alongside field/support teams.

- Excellent communication skills — able to translate between deep technical detail and client/business context.

- Willing and able to work in-person out of Pune.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
